Wally Peterson has more than 25 years of financial services marketing and sales experience. Before becoming a founding partner of DSI, Wally worked with Aid Association for Lutherans, Thrivent Financial Services and Fiserv ISS. He held several positions, including sales representative, general agent and managing partner with national leadership responsibilities for a sales force. Wally has a wealth of experience in coaching, marketing sales and sales management that he puts to work for DSI’s clients.

Tim McCain comes to DSI with more than a decade of experience in the custodian and RIA marketplace. A founding member of DSI’s team, Tim has worked with Fiserv ISS. His experience in operations and client services makes him knowledgeable about what makes financial services firms work well, both in the front office and the back office. Tim’s experience and knowledge helped him become the top sales representative for the DATAlynx division of Fiserv ISS.

Jim Stover, a Partner in DSI, began his career more than a decade ago with Fiserv ISS. He worked as a senior relationship manager with Fiserv ISS, where he became familiar with back office operations, before joining the Fiserv ISS sales team. His success in both positions has enabled him to take a clear view of what makes businesses successful.
