Vision Workshop

What does the future of your business look like? DSI’s Vision Workshop takes you through a process that helps you develop a vision of what your business will look like three to five years from now. It helps you focus on where you want to be versus where you are today.

Business Planning/Goal-Setting Workshop

A natural follow-up to the Vision Workshop, the Business Planning/Goal-Setting Workshop uses your future vision as the foundation for a plan to reach that vision. You and DSI will develop the metrics and accountabilities that you’ll need to reach your success goals. You’ll set goals and identify strategies, as well as build an accountability structure for your future vision.

Measuring Success/Vision of Success Workshop

DSI is invested in making your business successful. The first step in that process is defining your success, something only you can do. This workshop helps you analyze your potential and how to realize it, uncover hidden resources within yourself and rise to the success opportunity you make for yourself.

Identify Your Strengths Workshop

Businesses often have hidden strengths – as well as hidden weaknesses. This workshop uses Marcus Buckingham’s and Donald O. Clifton’s book, Now, Discover Your Strengths, as a basis for uncovering those hidden strong points. Buckingham and Clifton have outlined a process and assessment tool which you will use to identify the strengths of your business. You may find yourself using “The 34 Themes of StrengthFinder,” as outlined in the book, over and over as you build success.

Team-Building Workshop

Your team is your business. This workshop helps you build a better team atmosphere, one in which employees’ strengths are exploited and your team does work that is fulfilling and enjoyable. You’ll focus on skills, accountability and commitment for developing the team that will contribute to your business success. It covers team basics, performance results, collective work outcomes and making room for personal growth.

Developing and Coaching for Success Workshop

This workshop is aimed at helping you bridge the gap between where your business is today and where you would like it to be in the future. You’ll identify where you are today in your career, and where you want to be. DSI will help you develop a business model through clarification of your vision, direction and goals. We’ll help you assess your strategies, systems and tools as well as identify the skills necessary to reach your goals and attain your vision.

Change Management Workshop

Business changes can be difficult because they put people into unknown territory. “What will be the outcome of change?” and “How will it affect me?” are the two most common questions asked when the subject of change arises. The Change Management Workshop helps allay the fear of change by helping you understand and recognize how difficult change can be. DSI guides you through a “process for change” that helps you and your team to understand and overcome the pain of change.

Communication Awareness and Persuasion Skills Workshop

CAPS™, or Communication and Awareness Persuasion Skills, uses behavioral science principles to support your existing client development systems and tools. It covers open, honest communication, careful listening, ethical persuasion and complete communication – skills that will benefit your client, employee and business dealings. This workshop builds your communication techniques so that you can achieve business success.
